Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Brookstone Digital Services LLC, doing business as SaaSKit ("SaaSKit", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you visit joinsaaskit.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. Information we handle while delivering a software buildout or other engagement is governed by the separate agreement for that work, not by this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you book a call or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide. This usually includes your name, email address, and anything you write about your business or project in a booking form or message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the Site running and secure.
2. Third-party services we use
The Site relies on a few third-party services. When you interact with them, they receive data directly under their own privacy policies:
- Scheduling. We use Cal.com to book calls. When you book, the details you enter go to Cal.com. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
- Hosting. The Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes basic request and log data. See the Vercel privacy policy.
- Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
- Video. Testimonial videos are embedded from YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube may set cookies and collect data about your interaction. See the Google privacy policy.
- Reviews. We link to Trustpilot, where our reviews are hosted.
We do not control these providers and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
3. Cookies
The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party services, such as our scheduling tool and embedded videos, may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you do.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your messages and hold scheduled calls;
- understand what you want to build and assess whether we are a fit;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed: with the service providers described above who help us run the Site and schedule calls, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
6. Data retention
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing privacy@brookstonemarketing.org. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will honor those rights to the extent they apply to you.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Please check back for the latest version.
